Section 36
Remuneration of arbitrator
(1) Remuneration of arbitrator shall be as mentioned in the contract.
(2) If the remuneration of the arbitrator is not mentioned in the agreement, the parties shall submit the remuneration determined by the arbitrator in consultation with the parties present and such remuneration shall be ordered by the arbitrator in consultation with the parties present.
